Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (new/unworn) and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number.

To start a return, you can contact us at sarahdayarts@gmail.com. We may ask you to mail your item back to us. Please note we do not offer free return shipping. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it is still in new/unworn condition, and contact you to arrange a store credit. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Please reach out via email before mailing your item back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the item is still in new/unworn condition, we will offer you a store credit in the amount of the price you paid for the original item. We do not offer cash refunds. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any of the products you received are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Email sarahdayarts@gmail.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue, and we will do our best to make it right for you. Please be prepared to provide photos of the issue.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items may not be eligible for a return. Stickers and art prints are final sale. All earrings are final sale (for hygienic reasons). Washi tapes that have been removed from their packaging are not eligible for returns.

We cannot accept returns on mystery boxes/"grab bags," or gift cards.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
